Terms of Service

BookSharp (“BookSharp”, “we”, “us”) provides booking software and related web services to appointment-based businesses such as salons, barbers, and beauty clinics in Ireland and Europe. You can reach us at Keith@booksharp.ie.

BookSharp is a multi-tenant online booking platform. Depending on the subscription tier you choose, the service includes a booking system, a branded template website, and optional managed domain and email setup. Specific inclusions for each tier are described on our homepage and may be updated from time to time.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The features included depend on your chosen tier (Booking, Website, or Full Presence).
• Plans include unlimited team seats, subject to fair use — seats are for the staff of a single business operating under one subscription.
• Prices shown are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable.

Payments — both your subscription and any bookings your customers pay for — are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, whose own processing fees may apply. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.

• You must not use BookSharp for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• One subscription covers one business (tenant). Reselling or sharing a subscription across multiple unrelated businesses is not permitted.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and data you publish through the platform.

Where we provide a managed domain or email service, domain registrations and renewals are charged annually at the registrar’s actual cost plus a caretaker fee, disclosed before renewal. If a renewal is not paid, the associated website and email service will go offline until payment is made and the domain remains available.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookSharp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
