Demo note: Blocked days are saved to your browser only (localStorage key booksharp:availability:v1). They persist across page reloads in this browser, but won't sync to other devices. In the real product these will gate availability in the customer-facing booking calendar — for this demo the customer flow still shows every Wed–Sun as bookable regardless of what you set here.
